I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), a New York State Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) and I also hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology.

I work with individuals and couples in a safe and nonjudgemental environment. I use a collaborative and eclectic approach to help you determine your goals and work to achieve them. I enjoy using humor to help my clients gain insight into behavior and thinking patterns. Together we work to change those patterns and improve their quality of life.

I have been working in the field since 2009. I started my career in substance abuse and therefore have a lot of experience working with the addicted individual and family.

I have specialized training in treating Anxiety, Depression, Grief, and Postpartum issues, as well as working with LGBTQ+ individuals.

I am also an OASAS Certified Impaired Driver Assessment Provider. I am able to conduct alcohol and substance abuse evaluations for court, IDP, and the DMV.

Individual session (50 Minutes): $145

Couples session (75 Minutes): $175

IDS/Drinking Driving Assessment: $450 (includes price of drug test)

I accept Cash, Check, Venmo, PayPal, and all major Credit Cards.

At this time I do not accept any insurance plans. If your insurance has out of network benefits, I can provide you with a “Super Bill” and you can submit that to your insurance company for reimbursement.
